The 2024 Philippine Garden Festival in collaboration with Worldbex 2024 was a huge success. With this year’s theme, “The Art in Landscape”, some of the country’s top artists have exhibited their artworks. The lineup of artists includes world renowned Fil-Am sculpture artist Jefre, Multi Media Artist Toym Imao, Landscape Architect Dindo Pilareja, and Landscape Architect / Bonsai Culturist Vic Dul-loog. It was a thrilling experience for our company, CUBESYSTEM, as we launched our first ever art exhibit entry entitled The Curious Garden, curated by our Principal Architect and Designers, Karen & Rowland Agullana.
The Curious Garden is a 3-piece multimedia sculpture installation that depicts Nature’s relentlessness to overcome man-made objects. The first piece is the Candelabra that is made from repurposed wood balusters, real moss, and highlighted with candle wax. The second piece is a Wooden Grand Armchair with artificial plant accents. The third piece is a modern round side table with moss accents.
