SM Podium is a mixed-use development that has garnered sustainable awards that includes the LEED Gold Mark and the first building in the Philippines to receive the Green Mark Gold Award by BCA Singapore. The project boasts the largest vertical garden installation in the Philippines with 2650 square meters of skyrise greenery. The green wall is fully auto irrigated using only recycled water that is filtered from the main building. The green wall is designed with a full swing door system, the first and only swing door accessible system of its kind in the Philippines. The vertical garden has about more than 65,000 numbers of plants with different species that are designed to survive the hot summers and strong typhoons in the Philippines.
