Green Roof
PlanterCell® VegaMat is a flexible, lightweight hygroscopic green roof composite mat system which incorporates multifunctional water retention layers to form a flexible vegetated blanket, ready for installation over existing or new roof structures without any secondary substrate growing medium.
It is designed specifically for green roofs on lightweight structures such as bus-stop shelter, taxi stand shelter, train/bus depots, MRT stations, covered link ways, and composite link ways. Apart from the three types of VegaMat systems as shown in the table below, this mat system can be customised (VegaMat Custom) to any configurations to suit the project specifications and requirements.
PlanterCell® VegaMat can be pre-grown at an off-site location with suitable plant species or planting on-site, and can be easily cut to conform to any sizes and shapes of the roof structures.
