Exquadra tower is a LEED certified project dubbed as the future of sustainable buildings in the heart of Ortigas. The design includes a series of sky rise greenery applications from green walls, vine walls, green roofs, to indoor landscape art installations. The green roof design is a technological advancement by itself, incorporating Cubesystem’s proprietary engineered lightweight plant media that helps lessen the dead load of the structure. The green walls are designed to be reachable for maintenance, which is key to the survival of the plants. All in all, Exquadra sets an example of how to bring biodiversity to the heart of the city.
